The Wild Ones/Suede 解説
「The Wild Ones」はロンドン(イギリス)のロックバンド、スウェードが1994年に発表した楽曲です。
スウェードはブレッド・アンダーソンの耽美的で毒素と色気のある美しさが特徴です。この印象を言葉で説明するのは難しいね。デヴィッド・ボウイはこういう感じだったんじゃないかな。
ギターはバーナード・バトラーがアルバム発表後に脱退、リチャード・オークス(当時18歳)が加入してます。
この頃はジャパンツアーで新潟も周ってくれたんですよね。個人的に外人バンドの初ライヴで興奮した思い出があります。場所は新潟フェイズです。
今聴いても素晴らしい。名曲。
