「9 to 5 (Morning Train)」はイギリスのシーナ・イーストンが1981年に発表した楽曲です。

米チャート１位、英チャート３位、ビルボード年間ランキングでも12位と大ヒットシングルとなりました。シーナの代表曲ですね。

シーナはイギリスでもスコットランド出身です。スコットランド出身のアーティストって独特な雰囲気あります。エディ・リーダーもそんな感じ。
シーナは４回結婚と離婚を繰り返しており、イーストンは20歳で最初の結婚をした時の夫の姓です。

意外にも結構来日公演ありますね。最近ではコロナ過で中止になったけど、2020年予定でした。シーナ・イーストン知ったのは椎名林檎さんのオススメだった気がします。
