ジャスティン・ティンバーレイクとクリス・ステイプルトンは、もともと2015年のCMA Awardsで共演していました。当初クリスは『Man of the Woods』のソングライターとして参加していただけだったそうですが、制作中にジャスティンから「歌ってみない？」と言われ、そのままレコーディングする流れになったそうです。

制作にはティンバランドやDanjaも参加していて、カントリーとポップ、ゴスペルっぽさまで混ざった独特なサウンドになっています。ちなみにジャスティン本人は、この曲について「最近の世の中の誤解や空気感」から影響を受けたと語っていました。社会的なメッセージを期待される有名人としての立場も、少し反映されているのかもしれません。

MVはロサンゼルスのブラッドベリービルでワンテイク撮影されています。17人のミュージシャンと60人の聖歌隊を入れて、一発撮りでこの完成度なのは凄すぎる…。ちなみにこの建物、『ブレードランナー』にも登場している有名ロケーションです。知ってる人は気づく…かも？
