「Honky Tonk Women」はイギリスのロックバンド、ザ・ローリング・ストーンズが1969年に発表した楽曲です。

ストーンズのベスト盤には収録されるブルースナンバ－ですが、オリジナル盤には入ってません。一応アルバム『Let It Bleed』に「Honky Tonk Woman」をカントリーアレンジした「Country Honk」が入ってます。

ブライアン・ジョーンズの後釜ミック・テイラーが初めて参加した曲。
歌詞はいくら女遊びしても、好きな女が忘れられない話です。
