「One More Light」を作曲したのはメンバーのマイク・シノダ。(チェスター・ベニントンじゃないですよ)

レコード会社のスタッフであり、長年の間リンキン・パークのプロモーションに携わってきたAmy Zaretという女性がいます。

彼女は残念ながらガンにかかってしまい、2015年に急逝してしまいました。その彼女のために作られた曲が「One More Light」です。

残念ながらバンドのボーカル、チェスター・ベニントンも友人の死を追うように2017年に自殺。そのため、「One More Light」はチェスターが参加した最後のシングルになってしまいました。
